Once the production process has begun, cancellations cannot be processed.

Since our products are made to order and shipped directly from our print provider, returns and exchanges are only accepted under specific circumstances. Please carefully review the following details:

  1. Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. Provide photos of the damaged or incorrect product, along with your order number. Once your claim is verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

  2. Wrong Items or Errors: If you receive an item that is not what you ordered, please contact us with your order number and photos of the incorrect product. We will work with our print provider to ensure you receive the correct item or a refund.

  3. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for products if you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong size. Please double-check your order before completing the purchase to avoid any issues.
